Hilary Duff to Return to Music

Hilary Duff has revealed that she eventually plans to get back to her music career... eventually.

The recently married star explains:

You know what, I want to and I think that until I feel really inspired by something that I wanna do, like a way I want to go, I couldn't do it. I think one day I'll wake up and I'll say, 'That's exactly it!' you know, and then I could do it. But right now, I'm not focused on that.

In 2008, Hilary released her last album (a greatest hits album) and then split from Hollywood Records. It's good to hear that she's ready to get back into music!

Hilary Duff to Star in the Next Spider-Man?

Could Hilary Duff have a role in the upcoming Spider-Man reboot film series?

It seems so!

According to reports, the recently-married actress has a copy of the film's script on her kitchen table. The script allegedly had highlighted dialog lines for a role entitled "Girl." No, it's not some generic background character. It is likely a lead role and the name was not given to avoid plot leaks.

Fans are speculating that the role could be for the character of Gwen Stacy, Peter Parker's (aka Spider-Man) first love interest who is eventually murdered in the comics. The role was played by Bryce Dallas Howard in Spider-Man 3.

Another possibility is that the role is for Mary Jane Parker, the primary and most famous romantic counterpart for Peter. And, as we all know, Kiersten Dunst played the part in the first trilogy.

We could see Hilary playing Gwen. We think her as Mary Jane is a bit of a stretch, but we don't want to underestimate her ability!

We really hope these rumors are true. Hilary really needs a career boost, and the Spider-Man films are just the thing to do it!

Hilary Duff: New Husband, New Hair?

Already back from her honeymoon in Cabo San Lucas with hubby Mike Comrie, Hilary Duff was spotted leaving a pilates class in Toluca Lake yesterday (August 19). Hilary seems to have gone a few shades darker with her hair, and we love it!

Hilary Signs a Prenup

Weird, usually when someone marries a celebrity of Hilary Duff's status, he's the one that has to a prenup. But, as a source reveals, Hilary was the one doing the signing before her wedding to NHL star Mike Comrie!

As it turns out, Mike's father is the founder of a Canadian appliance and furniture empire, worth an estimated $500 million.

"It was a totally amicable agreement," the source explains. "They love each other very much and knew this was just a technicality."

And speaking of their wedding, Hilary recently opened up about a slight medical emergency that occurred right before the "I do"s!

I started my day with a chipped tooth! My wedding planned [Mindy Weiss]snuck me out to the dentist! Thank goodness it was fixed within the hour.

Hilary Duff Marries!

Hilary Duff married NHL star Mike Comrie this weekend in an intimate, traditional ceremony near San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito! Wedding photos are scarce, so forgive the poor quality of the one above.

Hilary wore a strapless Vera Wang gown and was walked down the aisle by her mother, Susan. Sister Haylie served as maid of honor.

About 100 guests attended the wedding in support of the couple, who got engaged in Hawaii this past February.

Hilary Duff Getting Married This Weekend?

Hilary Duff and NHL star Mike Crombie are getting married this weekend, according to InTouch Weekly. The couple have selected the San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, California for their wedding location. It's the same ranch where the late President John F. Kennedy and his wife, Jacqueline, spent their honeymoon. An insider explains that the ranch has a "sense of Old Hollywood glamour and romantic style." To prep for the wedding, Hilary is reportedly working out six times a week and two are taking dance lessons together.

Could Hilary Duff and NHL star Mike Crombie be getting married next week?

That's what some reports are saying! Sources are alleging that the couple plan to get married August 14, despite previous rumors that they were eying an October wedding date.

What's more, the couple has reportedly purchased a $3.85 million home right next store to Britney Spears and Gwen Stefani.

Zac, Vanessa, Miley and More Targeted in L.A. Robbery Ring

In the past few months, Hollywood stars like Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Orlando Bloom, Audrina Patridge, Rachel Bilson, and Nicky Hilton were victims of robbery when their homes were broken into and looted.

Well, all the robberies were connected and the culprits are Nick Prugo and various accomplice (included alleged accomplice Alexis Neires, who has a reality show on E! called "Pretty Wild). Police have released a list of celebrities that the group had planned to target next before they were caught. Among the planned targets were Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Miley Cyrus, Hilary Duff, and Channing Tatum. Notice a pattern? They're all Disney stars (except Channing)! Dodge a bullet there!

Hilary Duff Makes the Move to Author

It seems to be the latest trend, celebrities becoming authors. Well, Hilary Duff is following suit. In October, she will release the young adult novel Elixir, the first in a series that will focus on the life of photojournalist Clea Raymond.

In 2012, the recently-engaged twenty-two-year-old will also release a children's book about coping with divorce. For those of you who haven't heard Hilary's third album, Dignity, her parents split after her father was unfaithful. There are a handful of songs on that album that deal with the matter.

Wedding fever is all over the place! First Kevin, then Tiffany, and now Disney's first teen queen, Hilary Duff! The 22-year-old has been dating NHL hockey player Mike Comrie, 29, for two year. Hilary's rep confirms that Mike proposed while the two were vacationing in Hawaii.

Oh Hilary...

We've always liked Hilary Duff, but after a move like this, we aren't so sure. The former Disney star announced yesterday (February 14) that her dog, DuBois, was missing. Today (February 15), her sister, Haylie, took to Twitter to confirm that the dog was in Hilary's house the whole time!

While we're glad that the dog wasn't actually missing or hurt, we're a little... confused. How big can her house be that her dog was there the whole time but she couldn't find him? This seems like something Jessica Simpson would do.

Well thank God he's not hurt!

Selena Gomez & The Scene Make Splash

Wow! The debut of Selena Gomez and the Scene's album Kiss & Tell was quite an amazing debut for the band.

In its first week of sales, the group sold 66,000 copies, placing it at #9 on the Billboard 200. That's incredible, especially since Disney barely promoted her!

Disney Star Makes Top Worst Films of the Decade

Film review site Rotten Tomatoes has compiled a list of the worst films from the passed 10 years, and one unlucky Disney star have made the list.

At #60 is Hilary Duff's The Perfect Man (2005). That's a shame, because we actually really enjoy that movie!

But Hilary's shame doesn't end there. Material Girls (2006), which also stars her sister Haylie Duff, makes the list at #46. We have to admit, that one was kinda bad but it's a guilty pleasure of ours!

Poor Hilary!

Hilary Duff and "Lizzie McGuire" are long over. Raven is through with Disney. And Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale are exploring careers without the mouse ear logo. So now Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, and Demi Lovato are the truest Disney starlets. Popstar asked Ashley if she feels overprotective of the new breed of the company's celebrities.

"I never really dive into what anyone else is doing because I don't really know the new [girls]. I knew Selena a little bit because she was on our show but I don't really know her that well. But Miley is like my little sister so for her I feel like I have to say, it's really hard what she's doing. She's 16 years old and she's put in this situation where everyone is watching every move and that's hard.

I think she's handling it really beautifully. I think that people just say so many things and its like, 'Come on, she's a little girl!' And she calls me her big sis because she knows I'm always there for her no matter what because that family is the most supportive family that I've ever met in this business.
