Recently, a video of Miley Cyrus giving The Last Song director Adam Shankman a lap dance at the film's wrap party surfaces. Miley was then 16 and Adam was 44, and while Adam is openly gay, it's still sparked some more controversy for the Disney starlet.
Now Billy Ray has put his two cents in and says "It's what people her age do."
One of these days, the Cyrus parents are going to wake up and realize their daughter makes some poor decisions and they will stop making excuses for her. Hopefully that day will come soon!
