A Royal Pain

Miley Cyrus is not a very good singer... live, that is.

Here she is performing a rather lackluster routine for her hit single "Party in the USA" for the Queen of England at the Royal Variety show.

But it's worth watching. Miley substitutes "Jay-Z" with "Gaga" and even whips out some Lady Gaga dance moves.
