Miley Cyrus Meets the Queen of England


Miley Cyrus, along with other celebrities like Lady GaGa, met the Queen of England at the Royal Variety Awards in London.

Many are reported that Miley practically flashed Her Majesty in that loose-fitting orange dress. Well, it's not like she has a reputation to protect!
