Wow! Selena Gomez looks amazing in that dress!

Last night, Selena celebrated the release of her band's new record Kiss & Tell. On the other side of the fashion spectrum would be "Suite Life" star Debby Ryan, who doesn't look as fabulous (sorry!).

Also at the release party, which was held at Siren Studios, were Jennifer Stone, Jason Dolley, and Madison Pettis, among others.
