Making the Wizards of Waverly Place movie could not have been easy, or cheap! It, by far, must have the most special effects of any Disney Channel Original Movie. The movie had to create a runaway train, balls of fire, a vortex, and a bottomless pit from scratch. Check out just how they did it in the video below.
