Zac Efron is being requested to star in an upcoming film based on the New York Magazine's article "Factory Boy". The role is reportedly "out of Zac's comfort zone," meaning the character is unlike Troy Bolton, Link Larkin, or any other role Zac has done before.
For now, we'll hope Zac will get the part unless other, better competition comes along.
