High School Musical is a Disney Channel Original Movie that premiered on January 20, 2006. It spawned a novel, a book series, dolls, toys, board games, video games, DVDs, clothing, school supplies, an ice show, a stage show, a concert tour, a sequel (which premiered on Disney Channel on August 17, 2007), and gave fame to Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, and Ashley Tisdale, among others.

Caught up? Good. Because now the focus is the third High School Musical film. Let's recap what we know about this film...

It is called High School Musical 3: Senior Year and will be released into theaters on October 24, 2008. All six main cast members are returning. The film is about the characters making tough choices as high school comes to a close and college draws nearer. Filming starts on April 21 and will conclude on June 13, and the film has a $13.3 million budget.
