Miley's "Hit-and-Run"

Miley Cyrus finds herself in the midst of yet another controversy.

The "Hannah Montana" star allegedly damaged the white Mercedes-Benz SUV she was driving, totaled another parked car, and then left the scene before police showed up.

The totaled car's owner is a Los Angeles parking lot attendant. His lawyer explains that Cyrus claimed the vehicle she was driving was her boyfriend's but is actually registered to her mother. She left her phone number and then sped off.

Yikes! Didn't they teach you that you have to wait for the police to arrive in a situation like this before leaving, Miley? Or did you not even take drivers' ed?

Well, fortunately it is unlikely that her actions constitute for a hit-and-run, as she left contact information with the owner of the other car.

Narrowly escaped that one, Miley! Don't press your luck!
