By the time Selena Gomez & The Scene's second album comes out on September 28, it will have been an entire year since their debut album hit shelves. That's a very long Selena Gomez drought!
Ironically, her second album is titled A Year Without Rain. We love it! Poetic, classy... But what else can you expect from Selena?
