Selena Gomez Reaches #2 in Spain!
Selena Gomez & The Scene's album Kiss & Tell just debuted at #2 on the Spanish Albums Chart. That's the highest position the album has occupied on any chart. Congrats to Selena and her band! You guys earned it!
