Will Zac Efron be the next Spider-Man?

Well according to internet rumors (which were likely started by his persistant fans), Zac is being considered to take over the role of the famous super hero. If you didn't know, there will be no sequel to the first three Spider-Man films, which starred Toby Maguire in the title role. Instead, the series will be rebooted. The story of Peter Parker and how he became the famed hero will be retold in a new film series.

When asked if he would consider the role, Zac said:

To be honest that would be a dream come true. I haven’t heard anything but of course any young actor would love to fill those shoes and they are big shoes to fill.
