Olympic and "Dancing With the Stars" champion Shawn Johnson performs a routine to Ashley Tisdale's "Hot Mess" at the 2010 Progressive Skating & Gymnastics Spectacular. In the special, which will air this Sunday, January 4 at 4pm ET|1pm PT on NBC, Ashley will also perform other songs off her new album, Guilty Pleasure, including a duet version of "What If" with Natasha Liukin.
