Miley is Growing Up Before Our Eyes
Sometimes it's hard to tell that Miley Cyrus is a seventeen-year-old Disney star. Especially when she comes out of a restaurant with a see-through shirt, which exposes her bra and belly button ring. Ah, oh well. That's Miley for you!
