This is an interesting proposition. Vanessa Hudgens and Mariah Carey are reportedly in talks to portray a mother-daughter duo in a film that focuses on a singing reality show, similar to "American Idol".
Mariah, who is eager to do another film after winning critical praise for her role in Precious, is reportedly unsure about portraying a character old enough to have a teenage daughter. For those of you who don't know, Mariah is in her 40s. But between the body glitter and Hello Kitty obsession, you wouldn't know it.
We're actually really interested in this. We hope both actresses sign on!
