Now, to be clear, we're talking about the second set of nude photos of Vanessa Hudgens, not the first!
The High School Musical star is suing moejackson.com for posting the photos of her. Her lawyers are coyly calling them "self-portrait photographs," completely avoiding the fact that she's naked in them. They explain, "The photos were obtained by unknown methods and posted on the internet by an unknown person without Hudgens' knowledge or consent." No duh. That's usually what happens with nude pictures and that's why most stars have the brains not to take them.
Vanessa is suing for damages and is also demanding that the photos be taken down.
