Over the weekend, there was some minor controversy over Miley Cyrus, as the singer/actress was spotted in a bikini with what appears to be a tattoo under her breast. While you have to be 18 to get a tattoo in California, 17-year-old Miley was able to get one by obtaining a parental permission slip.
The tattoo reads "Just Breathe" and the story Miley's camp has turned out is actually quite touching. The tattoo is in memory to Vanessa, a friend of Miley's who passed away from Cystic Fibrosis three years ago. "Just Breathe" is the slogan for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
