"JONAS" star Chelsea Staub hits a milestone today. She's turning 21!

How is she celebrating? As every 21-year-old should... She's going to Vegas! The actress tweeted "Commence 21st birthday countdown! Road trip begins in less than 24 hours. I need to hydrate."

We hope she has a very good birthday!
