Miley Cyrus' upcoming EP, Time Of Our Lives, will be released exclusively to Wal-Mart on August 31. It's first single, "Party in the USA", however, has been released to iTunes.
The track listing for the EP, which is being used to promote Miley's new clothing line, has been released.
