A Miley Cyrus stalker has been arrested... again!

53-year-old Mark McLeod was arrested on June 23 after violating a court order to stay away from Miley. Police found him in a crowd on set of Miley's new film The Last Song in Tybee Island, Georgia. He resisted arrest by police and claimed that Cyrus asked him to come see her that day. He also shouted at the police "I will f***ing be with Miley ... we're supposed to be together and [the cops] couldn't stop it." He also claimed that Cyrus had sent him secret messages on her television show, "Hannah Montana".

McLeod had previously been spotted at other Miley events like a book signing in March in New York. That means he follows her wherever she goes! Creepy! In the past, he has also sent her gifts, including $2,000 diamond rings with secret messages.

Anyways, the stalker was released from jail only one day later, due to "overcrowding." But rest assured, he's been arrested again! On Sunday, he was seen back in Tybee Island, where Miley is still filming her new movie.

At least Miley can sleep soundly... for now. Let's pray he doesn't get released again!
