Since we only recently decided to focus on all the Disney Channel stars, you probably don't know that we LOVE Demi Lovato's "Here We Go Again". It's her best song! Although currently on tour, Demi stopped by "The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brian" to perform her new hit single.
Demi's second album of the same name hits stores this Tuesday (July 21)!
