Ashley Tisdale claims that her driving force to become a successful singer, actress, and performer came when she didn't land the lead role in her school play of Annie.
"The first play I was in was Annie. And I was not even an orphan that was really in the movie - I was just added - some random orphan that didn't even say anything in the play," she says playfully.
"I just ran around and I was there with my sister who was one of the orphans. I just thought it was the coolest thing in the entire world. I had nothing to say and really did want to be Annie. But it was so much fun."
We can't forget about the little people!
We bet those teachers regret not putting her in the lead role now. How cool would it have been to be one of the first to realize Ashley's talent?
