Ashley's Second-to-Last Degree Girl Vlog

Ashley Tisdale announces another winner of the Degree Girl OMG! Moment contest and shares with us another one of her OMG! moments in her second-to-last vlog. Keeping in mind when watching this vlog that five years ago, Ashley was around 17 years old (this will make sense when you watch it!).
