Corbin Bleu's Houston Chronicle

Corbin Bleu sat down with the Houston Chronicle. Here's the interview!

Q: What can you tell us about the new HSM that won’t result in permanently
losing your Mouse ears?

A: It’s graduation. Prom and all those
things.
Taylor, my love interest in the movie — the relationship between
these two is great. (Chad), yet again, has basketball in between the two of
them. She pretty much tells him, ‘Look, you need to ask me properly to go with
you.’
He just assumes that they’re just going to go together. She puts him in
his place. It’s going to be very cool.

Q: Have you had any real-life moments
like those in the film?

A: Because of my career, I have bounced back and
forth through schools. I had the opportunity to be able to stay steady at
certain schools. I went to a performing arts high school for half freshman year
and sophomore year. Elementary school was probably the most time I spent at one
school.

Q: What are you going to miss most about the HSM experience?

A:
There are just moments that we all have grown to know. The first day on the set,
we always know that Kenny (Ortega, HSM director) has the opening speech that he
makes on every movie. Monique (Coleman) was just saying, ‘This is going to be
the last opening speech that Kenny is going to make to us.’ He made this grand
speech that was heartwarming and touching and had everybody crying.
