As reported, Matt Prokop, who OK! Magazine claims to be portraying Johnny Soto in the third movie, has previously been seen on "Hannah Montana" (we're sure you're all familiar with it... you know? The one with Miley Cyrus? Yeah.) Here's a video of his scene.
